Terms of Service
1. No Refund Policy
Artsh strictly does not offer refunds for The Artist’s Way and The Vein of Gold courses unless the event is fully canceled (not merely postponed). Both courses are non-refundable due to the intensive nature of the learning experience. This policy is designed to uphold participant commitment and engagement throughout each program.
2. Course Expectations
The Artist’s Way and The Vein of Gold are rigorous creative courses that demand dedication, regular attendance, and sustained effort. Participants should expect challenges and moments of self-doubt during the courses. Refunds will not be issued based on difficulties experienced or personal decisions to discontinue.
3. Participant Conduct and Removal Policy
Respectful behavior is mandatory for all participants in both courses. Artsh reserves the right to define and enforce standards of respectful conduct. Should a participant engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior—including but not limited to discrimination, bullying, insults, passive aggression, or unwarranted interruption—Artsh may remove the participant immediately without a refund. This policy also covers any unauthorised messaging or any behaviour that compromises the emotional safety and integrity of the group or the tutor.
4. Premises & Security
Artsh operates from private premises in Dalston, London. Participants are only permitted access to the premises upon receiving explicit verbal permission on the day of each session. Unauthorised attendance or entry outside of scheduled course times will result in immediate removal from the program and law enforcement may be involved. Any such entry may be treated as “breaking and entering.”
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
• If a participant becomes ill.
• If a participant discontinues attendance for any reason.
• If a participant does not enjoy the course content or falls behind in coursework.
• If a participant is unable to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts (including holidays).
• If a participant is removed for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
• If the course schedule is adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies affecting the facilitator.
6. No Cancellations & Limited Transfers
Once enrolled, course participation is final, and cancellations are not permitted. At Artsh’s sole discretion, a participant may request to transfer their enrollment to another date or time via email. Such transfers are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.
7. Discounts
Discount codes must be applied at checkout for new orders only. Retrospective discounts or adjustments for missed promotions will not be accepted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Artsh is not liable for any emotional distress, complications, or personal issues experienced by participants as a direct or indirect result of attending The Artist’s Way or The Vein of Gold courses. Participation is entirely at the individual’s own risk.
9. No Therapy Disclaimer
Neither The Artist’s Way nor The Vein of Gold courses are intended to serve as therapy, art therapy, or a substitute for professional mental health services.
10. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
The Artist’s Way course is based on the book by Julia Cameron, whose content and intellectual property are fully credited and remain her property. The Vein of Gold is a complementary creative course developed by Artsh. All course materials, exercises, and content are provided for educational purposes only and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
